Yoga for Insomnia
Come experience calm and deep relaxation. You may even fall asleep at the end of the class. In this class, you will learn tools to deliberately induce the parasympathetic ( “ rest and digest”) dominant state in your body and mind. Exhale postures and movements, calming pranayama (regulated breathing techniques) with and without sounds, and conscious relaxation of the body will be taught. Attend in-person or on Zoom.

Yoko has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2005 at private residences, corporate offices and online. Apart from formal yoga certificate training, she has traveled to India eight times to study yoga, Ayurveda and Vedic Chanting in one-one settings with various teachers including Menaka Desikachar.
